Refund policy

At Cop Kickz, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage not caused during shipping.

Return Shipping

• We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns within Argentina.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at mansilongo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Please note that shipping fees (if any) paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after the 14-day window

• Items not in original condition or missing tags/packaging

• Items worn or damaged by the customer
